Linde Villas prices do not include breakfast. It can be booked separately.

Prices include housekeeping and all other hotel services.

LINDE Kids rates

  • from 0 to 5 years - free

  • up to 8 years - 25 Euros per night including breakfast

  • up to 12 years - 45 Euros per night including breakfast

  • from 13 years - 75 Euros per night including breakfast

The rates including a separate bed or baby cot in the booked room, as well as the separate bedroom for the category family room.

CONTRACT TERMS AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Check in from 3.00 p.m./ Check out until 11.00 a.m.

A booking request does not ensure that the room will be held available until you have confirmed the booking. On your request we can grant a room option for a short period of time.

Dogs are only allowed upon prior request. We charge a cleaning fee of €25 per night.

Payment with debit card, credit card or cash is accepted.

Standard hospitality business conditions apply:

  • Free cancellation until 3 months before arrival date

  • 40% of booking fee from 3 months to 1 month of arrival date

  • 70% of booking fee from 1 month to 1 week before arrival date

  • 100% of booking fee from 1 week before arrival date or early departure.

State visitor’s tax (2,60 Euros per night) is not included in the rate.
